I love this app! It's really inviting and fun visually, and I love that it can keep track of multiple fitness activities. It's so fun when you receive a medal for taking lots of steps! Great colors, and so cool that you can customize them. The updates with new features have been awesome too. 5 stars for sure!

We are so excited to announce our "Binaural Beats" for meditation activity. You can set up any frequency, manually, or choose from "Power Nap", "Deep Sleep", "Morning Rise", "Shuman Resonance", and "Stress Relief". ( Learn more about binaural beats, frequencies and how to benefit from listening to them on our website.) Additionally, we added background sounds like:
- White noise
- Pink noise
- Rain
- Ocean
- Tropics
These sounds can be turned on/off regardless of whether listening to Binaural beats or not. Just tap them to turn on/off.
We also added Autopilot for Binaural beats that can take you on a journey of different states of consciousness.
Just choose a frequency that you want to start with and choose the ending frequency, giving it as long a time frame as you want.
( Example: frequency 14Hz would be the starting frequency, and 4.0 Hz would be the ending one, in a 15 min. time frame.)
