I want to start out by saying I use this application every day that I train. I am a police K9 handler for a tracking and trailing dog. I work with a lot of citizens and volunteers that I ask to also use this application while they set trails. The price of this app makes it very easy to ask people to download and purchase the pro version if they are going to train with me regularly.I have officially gotten permission from my command staff to use this application as my training and deployment documentation. That being said there are only 2 things I really wish would be possible. The first is the ability to edit my trails on the desktop version. I am able to see everything that I have done, but I can’t input any info. The second thing would be having a way to create a training group where I can invite other handlers to an event and document my entire training day, not just my dogs activities.Outside of those two things, thank you for creating a product that has been so useful and reasonable for me to be able to use with others.

I bought this app along with the rest of my K9 team in early 2019. It worked for everyone but me on the team. I contacted customer service numerous times and a couple of times they contacted me back quickly but with no help. Most of the time it took weeks and multiple messages before I got a response and sometimes via the app sometimes via Facebook but still no help. I’ve been told how to restore my paid account numerous times which has not worked. I have received two messages with a link to reset my account but they have expired before I could use it due to me working nightshift and a very slim window to use the link. I was auto billed for another year and it still does not work. All I wanted was this app to work as it does for the rest of my team but it doesn’t. If you have any problem with this app cancel it immediately and get your money back. You can not rely on customer service to help. I rated this 2 stars because those it works for it seems great. If it does not work, they have your money so I guess they no longer care

Have paid for the upgraded app and it was working well in fact this was my second year. Did an update and it does not recognize me as having an upgrade. Sent message to help center and have yet to hear back. So now I have an app that I am paying for and it does not work and no way to get help. The app works well but no way to get help if something goes wrong. UPDATE: They did get back with me and fixed the problem. Still using app and so far it is working.

Love this app for working dogs. It tracks age of trail, temp, time etc. one thing that would make it over the top amazing would be an app for watches. If you can add an app for smart watches that would be great. I have heard another app does that and mane folks are going to those as we can’t pull our phones out when working our dogs Shay
