Sign up is pretty poor and portions of the form populate when attempting to fill out each section. Credit card form pulled up a separate number pad which was very odd. The experience makes you feel like you’re being scammed. Hotels itself on the other hand, amazing.

One of the most tedious apps I’ve used in a long time. I’m just trying to register for an upcoming stay, but the process is unintuitive and clunky. It won’t send a confirmation, so the entire lengthy sign-up was a waste of time.
