App Updated and Deleted All Accounts - Then Fixed, But No Explanation

Came home today and went to check my mail. Got the new user screen asking me to add an account. They pushed out an update that completely reset the app. Would be annoying for one account but I have multiple accounts so I won't be doing this again. I can accept flaws but an update that nukes everything is not one of them. Goodbye, BlueMail.Update:While in the process of finding a new mail app, an update was quietly pushed out that reversed the issue. All missing accounts reappeared so I didn't have to set them all up again. It would have been nice to at least have the devs acknowledge there was a problem and a fix was in work. Instead, there was nothing for three days to let users know what was happening. I'm not expecting the devs to fall on their swords but at least a token post that an unexpected issue had occurred and would be resolved shortly would have saved me (and others) some time and effort. So I'm using the app again but also have a backup in the wings just in case. I hope things work out, though, because this is one of the better mail apps.

I’ve literally deleted all my other mail apps even the native ones for iPhone and Windows since I use BlueMail on both phone and laptop it’s made my life so much easier. I own multiple domains and setting up the emails for each domain was literally as easy as entering the email and password, it found everything else on its own! I never write reviews but this app rocks! Only issue I have is sometimes when messing with settings it’s slow or freezes but I can’t even complain because once your finished with whatever your doing the actual app is A+++! Thanks developers!
Lack of Support & Working Claimed Features

I usually give new software that charges me a year to work through whatever it needs to and stabilize because it usually takes about 8 months to do so. Blue Mail isn’t new, but I was still going to give it a year. Unfortunately, within the first 6 months, I’m dropping Blue Mail for something else. Having more than 7 email accounts that I desire to maintain and keep up with on a daily basis, I needed something better than just the normal clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) because I wanted a unified interface. I thought Canary was going to be that interface, it wasn’t. It lacked in timely support communication (but had it), as well as road map features. I used it for a year and it still wasn’t where they said it would be. That’s when I came to Blue Mail. I read several great things about it online and made the switch. At first, I was impressed, really happy, getting to know things and moving through it all. That’s when things started to go sideways for me, feature-wise. As an easy to remember feature, making sure that the images in my emails didn’t invert when auto-dark mode kicked on didn’t work. I had issues with the “Later Board” that the documentation online didn’t cover because it was outdated. The Spam blocker appears to be completely broken, and when I reached out to determine if the spam blocker just prevented emails from appearing in the Blue Mail inboxes, or if it sent API signals back to their exchange of record (Gmail, Outlook, etc) and added the blockers there, I got no response. In fact, the only response from Support I ever got was 1 email asking for more information related to the image inversion during auto-dark mode. And I provided two or three examples, and then never heard from support again. Because of that reason, I provide this app a 2-star rating and would suggest anyone looking for a fully supported application that charges a monthly fee to look for something else.
