In the beginning 1- Lack of a quick response from customer service 2- Non-compliance with the conditions when subscribing, as the conditions upon subscribing do not include a specific number of consultations. When I subscribed, I was surprised that there was a specific number of consultations. 3- When calling the doctors, there was a problem in connecting to the program, and I called back more than once, and I did not benefit from the number of my consultations that were lost, and some of them the doctor closed the call in my face 4- There is no explanatory video explaining the features available in the program and how to use it 5- I wish there was a very, very bad evaluation

Excellent app that connects you to doctors at a very low cost. It provides a very smooth experience. I find it much more convenient than leaving home to meet a doctor or even than calling a doctor that I know. It gets rid of any feeling of embarrassment or sensitivity.
