The service is excellent, the driver is nice, the medicine is well packaged using the halodoc bag. But one thing is missing, we can’t track the driver through an embedded map, it’s either we couldn’t find it or it is just not there. But overall it is a very good application and it sure helps a lot of people to find a specific medicine right in front of their door

i order a spray pain killer (etyhl chloride) from this app; after making payment via third party (gopay); halodoc merchant cancel my order. but i didn’t get an automatic refund to my gopaycustomer service said it’s 5 working days max to get refunded, but still no refund. the customer said it would be check with their team. while you’re using an automated system, why you have to use bunch of people just to make sure i get my refund? the system cancelled my order, supposed to be i get refunded automatically with no time
Cannot login after redownload

I accidentally deleted the app and then download it again. Now I’m not able to login with my registered phone number. It says cannot connect to halodoc server many times. I have tried another connection / provider and the result remain the same. Please fix this in the next update.
