I have banked with HRCCU for over 30 years and had loans here and there over the years. When I received a call from one of the bank members offing me some special offers that were happening at the time and how my credit was very very good and I said “wait have you called the right person!??” I’ve worked hard on mending my credit and with the help of HRCCU for believing in me and approving those small loans to build my credit that I felt was never ever going to happen. And now we are ready to buy a home and HRCCU will be our choice to back us up with a home loan 🙏😊. Hopefully

I’ve been a member for almost 30 years and I can’t say enough good things about HRCCU. The bank itself is amazing, they’ve given me home equity loans on a house other banks wouldn’t, which helped me be able to update and create a beautiful home. The app has made my banking experience even better. I’m able to deposit check from my app, transfer money into different accounts, and just generally keep on top of all my finances from my phone. To hell with big banks- support your local credit union!
Primitive compared to other credit union apps

Before the recent system upgrade, the former app allowed FaceID logins but the new one does not. Also, when you first load your accounts it jumps the list of accounts to the bottom of the screen forcing you to scroll. So the app is fairly buggy and missing features from the prior version. Compared to my old credit union, the app does seem poor in comparison. Just like the online banking portal, it feels like it’s 10 years behind the times. I kind of wish I hadn’t moved out of the area covered by my old credit union as I’m not super satisfied with HRCCUs online or mobile options. The only reason I have it two stars versus one is the app actually does allow you to do transactions.

This is the worst app! It takes forever to open. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all and I have to shut my phone or tablet down and start over. It always asks if I want it to remember my device, which is a pain. I want it to just go to my account.
