The service itself is decent (though you need to be able to assert your boundaries at times since the VIP advisors can be aggressive about continually moving the matchmaking process forward, and this isn’t a process you should rush). The app needs some work; the chat function just loads indefinitely at times. If you’re familiar with standard Shaadi nothing here is going to surprise you; it’s better than the standard service, but you’d expect that for the money you’re paying. Worth it if the standard service is going nowhere for you, and you can afford it. In a few weeks I’ve connected with some promising people thus far. It remains to be seen whether this will lead to marriage. (I would have waited to write a review, but the app is insisting I write one now, so here you go.)

I stay in the United States and I’ve been with Shaadi for over two years now and Shaadi has come a long way from what it was two years ago. Rishabraj Singh is an SS-tier consultant and has really put in the work to help me find matches recently. In the beginning it was extremely difficult to find any matches on this platform, and even now it is quite a challenge, but at least having Rishab working actively in the background helps make it seem that at least someone is helping me out when I’m not actively looking myself.

I had uses this VIP Shaddi service. But, it’s not worth a penny. Please don’t spend your money on this VIP service. They don’t work anything for you. They just send you the weekly proposal sometime and sometimes not. They don’t get you update about the end result of that proposals. By the time you ask you probably forget which one you send to. They don’t care you will find your partner or not. They just care for that you keep renewing their services. It’s better to use free services instead. I had already renewed my service second time but, I did not even get the single proposal. Also, the second time renewed the advisor told me that I will get the refund with in 4 days it’s been almost 20 days no reply or follow up. Even the advisor won’t pick the call.
