Hello app creators, one thing I really liked about the old version was the ease with which we could switch from the beautiful quote screen to the focus mode with one swipe downward. I know it’s sooo minuscule that I shouldn’t even be complaining but I truly feel like the app was better this way. Please consider bringing it back.You should also consider adding a function that lets you turn the audio on and off (when you’re not in focus) because I know right now, my audio start playing right away and I preferred the old version where the sounds would come on only when you started the focus.Other than that, I really love the app, I appreciate the multitude of free options (unlike other apps which give you a very limited amount of free functions). I’m really considering purchasing the premium once I’m more financially stable and can support you guys. For now, great stuff! ♥️

I love this app a lot. However, they recently removed some free features including very importantly to whitelist three apps. It used to be one could whitelist up to three on the free version and more on the plus version. I think that’s very unfortunate. Sometimes there are critical apps, that I need to be able to use during a focus session. I started using tide as a student. Even now I barely ever pay for apps, however if there was $1/month subscription ($12/year), I would do it. Or pay once and never again for all the premium features. Or if they had a donate button, pay for our coffee type of button, I would occasionally donate as I feel grateful for it’s existence (prior to removing whitelist options). If they keep removing free features and don’t bring this one back I’ll have to find/make another app. The pricing model is way too expensive for what the app is.This app has frozen in IOS in focus mode. I had to restart my phone and then all my apps were still locked until I restarted and restored the tide session. Please remove these bugs.

This is a very good white noise app. I use it every night for white noise while I sleep. There are no advertisements, and there are overall very few restrictions on the free version. I have tried many other white noise apps in the past, and I have deleted all of them within a few days because of the very annoying pay walls that they have set up. This is not the case with Tide, which I have been using for at least 1.5 years now. However, in the past month or so, the app has been crashing midway through the night midway. This has caused the white noise to stop, which wakes me up. This has been a huge problem, and I am not sure why it is occurring. Maybe it is because I have an older iPhone (7)? Either way, I hope the Tide developers look into this crashing problem, but to all the readers of this review who are looking for a white noise app, you should definitely try out Tide, as it is one of the best out there if you don’t want to pay to play white noise while you sleep.

The versatility of the utilities and the vast array of available sounds makes this a full-packaged app.A solid app for those who don’t intend in paying for pro versions, but the options are always there for those who do want to upgrade and access additional content. Either way, Tide forces nothing on it’s users when it comes to making additional payments, which makes the whole experience truly mesmerizing (unlike other commercial meditation apps) — the common and primary features are available for free! The app’s UI is developed extremely well by it’s developers, and navigating across the app is as smooth as it gets. Special thanks to the developement and marketing team. A brilliant app!
