When back dating an mCDR report, the date was saving with the prior day's date. App showed times in GMT instead of local default time.

RF 33156 Signature Legal Text (JC/SIGLEGTXT) was not populating in the app. RF 33410 When entering .5 hours for labor, the app was sometimes changing it to 5 instead. COINS Version has been added to the Info screen and the app will show/hide features based on OA version accordingly. Weekly Summary Screen - Hours Worked are broken out into Regular, Overtime, and Double Time for OA v11.11 and 11.12 only. OA v11.10 and below will display the hours in total. 11.11 requires December Service Pack or FIX 8627.

Cost code display issue in 1.4.0 for jobs without WBS
