Vehicle Hire eliminates the need for appraisal pads. All details relating to the hire car are now stored electronically reducing your administration and paperwork. You can store all details safely and securely in the cloud, so you never have to file again! Vehicle Hire also gives you multiple logins so your entire team can access vital data on demand.
TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Vehicle Hire directly links to your camera so you can take pictures and videos in the app of dents, scratches, and damage to eliminate any ambiguity between team members and different organisations. Vehicle Hire then saves the images with the appraisal for future use without having to file a thing.
LEGALLY-BINDING HIRE AGREEMENTS
When the courtesy car is signed for, the signature is time-stamped and geo-stamped. The customer then receives a robust and legally binding hire agreement by email, which we find influences them to care for the car properly.
