What I like about the App is it’s ability to be user friendly and intuitive/ meaning the prompts, labels and directives are easy to understand allowing one to accomplish what is intended without getting “lost” in the virtual environment. So depositing checks, transferring money, seeing my charges and written checks getting copies of past transactions are doable without calling for help. Website is “clean”. I only wish (like on a mobile device) there was the ability to view (if so desired) one’s password entered to ensure a self check before getting locked out for an inconvenient period of time with too many attempts when trying use the online feature. Other than that I give it a A-.

I’ve been with Apple Bank for over 45 years I’ve moved at 3 times in those years and I have always had Apple Bank within a 5 mile area. The personal one on one welcoming at the door is something I love. The few employees that are there for years know my family ask about everyone. The % rates have been great I have asked for help at the branch to understand the new items that is available for better banking they sit and explain and show me how it works. I would lost without my Apple Bank

Was with AppleBank for a little over 10 years never had an issue with them till recently. I opened a dispute against target due to the corporation, giving me my payment back in the form of a gift card instead of my debit card. So I have to open the dispute. I went about my day living my life paying my bills working hard. Then one day my card kept getting declined for a little over a week after contacting them for over a week. I kept getting a different story so then I got a call from one of the managers at a branch in the Bronx told me they want me to close my accounts because I opened it dispute and made them look bad and I looked bad so they terminated my account.Funny how Banks can take people’s money that they deposit invested make billions of dollars on these investments. Don’t give these people whose money that they’re using any percentage but the minute a person opens a dispute then they close their account.

I wants to say thank to Apple Bank because they don’t press me about my account don’t charge interest because I don’t have a amount in my account like others banks,and for that reason I will bring my family to open account on Apple Bank and I will let know to my friends etc to bring mor customer my name is Juan and I record it Apple Bank come and open account and you will be Happy .
