If your school utilises Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, PIPs, or Cloudwork to facilitate single sign on access to Booked via a browser, the Booked app will now allow you to sign in with those same login credentials. We have also made improvements to our login screen messaging.

Fixed an issue that prevented links from opening.

PTO is now called Booked. We’ve changed our name and logo for now. Keep an eye out for a fresh new design coming out in the next few months. We've limited the number of characters when searching for a new school. This is a prompt to add the school code rather than the school name. Each school manages their own Booked data. If you aren't sure of the school code or need help with Booked, contact the Booked administrator at your school.

Fixed an issue affecting some users that was causing the app to crash when loading the booking page.

Phone number or contact details mandatory, if the school’s administration team has this setting enabled. The phone number/contact details entered in the app will be visible to the applicable teachers in their bookings.

Apostrophe catastrophe be gone! This update deals with the keyboard using a quotation mark when it is supposed to be apostrophe. So much drama for one little character!

Teachers can now access their booking report using the PTO app! While teachers are logged in, booking information will update every few minutes. Teachers will also be able to access the link to their video conferencing meetings, where one has been added. Supports both standard and continuous modes, including parent/teacher events, or student/teacher assistance. If you’re having difficulties with logging in, please contact your school.
