We engage directly with dairy farmers within 100kms radius of your city to procure fresh Cow and Buffalo milk twice every day. We don’t recombine or overprocess our milk or any other grocery items in our range. After checking its quality over 72 parameters, including synthetic hormones, antibiotics, and naturally occuring toxins, we pasteurise all Milk for safety, and we are delivering it to your homes within just 18-24 hours of collection. Our direct-from-farm and in-house delivery partners help us make your life easier.
How to receive my order daily?
You can place or modify your order till 12 midnight for Milk and other dairy items. For Grocery fresh fruits and vegetables delivery, the daily cut-off ranges from 10pm to 12pm depending on your location. Our excellent delivery team will place your order at your doorstep. Just open your door to Fresh Milk, Milk Products, Fruits and vegetables anytime after 7 AM.
It is also easy to get our Milk or fruits and vegetables every day by creating a subscription plan for these essential groceries. I started using this app a few months back. The best part is that I can tick the issues I face from the list on the app itself. Initially, the app was not able to track my location, but when I reached out to customer support, they got it sorted within 2 hours.
Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Service

I had a terrible experience with this dairy delivery app. They were supposed to call me for my first delivery, but I received no call at all. Instead, they falsely marked the order as ‘delivered’ when it clearly wasn’t.When I reached out to customer care, they were dismissive, claiming the order was delivered but might have been stolen—which is completely false. I have CCTV cameras covering my property, and there’s no sign of any delivery attempt.What’s worse is their lack of accountability. They didn’t bother to investigate, showed no concern about resolving the issue, and shockingly, they don’t even have contact information for their delivery partners. This shows how poorly managed their operations are.I strongly advise others to avoid this app if you’re expecting reliable service and proper customer support. Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional attitude.

I'm using this app and noticed there's no other address option available. Also, improving the profile feature would be helpful since it took me around 10 seconds to find the logout button. Additionally, features like a cart system, tracking system, and delivery time schedule would enhance the user experience. I understand your team is likely working on fixing bugs.
