I have been playing for a few months now. Unlike countless games out there, I am able to keep up with spenders by being very strategic in how I play the events, so I can acquire some of the best weapons with the best skills. The rest of the best weapons in the game need keys acquired from events. Once you earn the keys, opening crates will either require luck and patience or spending to acquire the rest of the best weapons.The graphics are some of the best right now and the real time PVP is something I’ve been waiting for in a mobile game. The battles may be a bit lopsided at first, but once you get ranked, the matchups tend to become pretty well-balanced. Overall, this is the highlight of game for me. The story mode is a bit short and I would love to see more chapters with longer levels. There is plenty of content, but who wouldn’t want more? I don’t have much to critique other than the short story mode and the build times are getting quite long (1 day+ wait) and you need a lot of gold to speed it up. You can either be patient, spend gold earned from ads or spend real money for gold. My suggestions; I would love to see build time speed ups and the ability to upgrade multiple buildings at once become prizes from events. Those kind of additions would be just a couple of things that would keep people happy, especially people who don’t spend or who spend minimally, and keep lots of people playing. More PVP maps would be awesome as well. Finally, there recently was a rebalance in the sniper rifles power (which was needed) but the shotguns need to be rebalanced as well. If all these things came to fruition, and hopefully more, this game could be one of the best out there for a long time to come!

With PvP, traditional story line paths and a really awesome air to ground assault gameplay option, there are three ways to fight to stay alive. A traditional farm/factory etc set up with resources collected over time. The farm yields the fuel for the missions, the factory etc yield parts for building/equip upgrades so you do run out of energy to go run missions or “gears” to upgrade the guns. Therefore there are built in stopping places to keep you from shooting zombies all day. The gameplay is fun and I’ve lost a lot of PvP already, so my tactics need work. It constantly asks for iTunes login, so it wants money but it doesn’t need it. You can play for a good chunk of time if you play a mission or two, then a PvP battle and a base raid from your helicopter. For me attacking the other base camps and their defenses using the chopper is the most fun so far. About every 2-3 months I need a new go-to time killer game and this is the one for late 2018.

The creators of this game desperately want you to spend money, and lots of it, to buy gold in order to advance in the game. The alternative is to earn points by playing the game days or weeks on end to earn enough to do a weapon's upgrade needed to progress.They make the option of buying gold not an option at all because the prices are ridiculously high for minimal weapons upgrades and/or game advancement. The highest I've seen in any zombie apocalypse game. So the alternative is to earn enough points by playing the game in order to upgrade.I noticed recently as I've progressed and earned enough points to almost be able to upgrade a level that upon opening the game the next time my point scores have been lowered by thousands of points. The first time it happened I wasn't sure I had earned enough points. But the second time it happened I made sure to take a screen shot that showed how many points I accumulated. And lo and behold, the next time I opened the game my score had been lowered by 8,000 points or so. WOW, talk about deceptive and/or nefarious practices. They obviously have embedded some type of algorithm to prevent players from progressing without buying gold at ridiculous prices basically hamstringing themselves from creating loyal players willing to pay for a quality product. Good luck with that.

First off this is my favorite mobile game. I spend more time playing this than my PS4 and Xbox One combined. I’ve pretty much given up on the campaign due to the fact that it takes SO LONG to upgrade weapons, unless you spend money. Real money...and it can become quite pricey. I’ve only spent a few dollars on the game, but I learned something over the last few months of play: being patient and waiting for your facilities to upgrade (sometimes upgrades can take up to 15 hours) can feel satisfying if you stick with it over time. I’ve spent a few months logging on everyday to upgrade various facilities, and also to do Base Raids and the PvP aspects. You do get rewards for your efforts, and they aren’t bad at all. If you don’t want to spend money on the game, you just have to be patient and keep at it daily to get the most out of it. Also, you can just watch ads to acquire free gold and energy (energy is needed for Base Raids). So in short, this is an awesome game for mobile...you just need patience and in my opinion...it’s totally worth it. Thanks guys for making such a great game and for always adding new content!!!

Get ready for some serious heat! Battles are going to be even more intense now. Double Trouble: Meet the Chimer! The Chimer is a grotesque nightmare, proving that two heads are definitely deadlier than one. It spits corrosive acid skulls, effortlessly firing from both heads at once. Intercept these skulls in mid-air, shattering the attack before it dissolves everything in sight. Active Abilities Evolution Battles are changing with the updated Active Abilities. Focus on what truly matters in the heat of combat: - Buffs and debuffs are now only affected by the Evolution level. - Damage and healing abilities get stronger with each Hero level, so their effectiveness remains consistent across all levels. - The damage curve for PvE was adjusted accordingly, resulting in much higher damage at high Hero levels. More Blasts, Zero Wait! Say goodbye to the wait! The timer for grenades and grenade-like abilities is history now. No wait, no rush, just total control: toss explosives as soon as they are ready, or hold your aim as long as needed before the throw. Check out the new "Instant Throwing" mechanic! Grenades are thrown instantly in the direction of the crosshair and automatically aimed at the nearest enemy in range. This also adds extra punch to character active abilities like the Flash Grenade and Frost Grenade. Weapon Perks Reimagined! Your arsenal has become more powerful than ever with updated perks! 'Replenishing ammo for critical hits', 'replenishing ammo for kills', and 'damage for successive hits' perks have been removed and substituted with much more powerful alternatives. The UI is now even better! The familiar Base and Bank interfaces have been redesigned for a smoother experience. New buttons for direct access to various Bank sections will be added.
