I am confused why when I login most of times it tell me “I have no accounts”. Then I login instantaneous again and I found account but can’t do any process. Then if I am lucky the third time I can check my accounts … where are the application support team … they take salaries to fix app bugs ?????

Before the two last updates, the text size of the login page and the whole application was easy to read and comfortable. Now in the latest update the text is still small in size.

Interface is very bad, login process is VERY frustrating. They don’t support Face ID for fast login. They disable copy/paste thinking that’s how security should be, they don’t support password managers, and if you’re copying your password letter by letter from another app, every time you switch back to the app they delete existing characters. Worst of all, after doing everything right the app says “error processing your request”. It’s easier to go to the bank than use this app! 😂 You’re a big bank, invest in your technology, don’t be cheap.

The general appearance of the application is very bad compared to the applications of other banks - also the way the display inside the application is bad - the font size does not match the screen space - the failure to activate the Arabic language, as in the bank’s applications for other countries, is a clear distinction by not paying attention to customer requirements. Finally, you have higher security and Privacy for private information and secure application
