I have a very client services centered business and I used to spend lots of precious time writing emails to clients that I think were just okay. I opened a new program where I would contact clients every day for learning and motivation and I round Bonjoro as I was setting up the program - I thought it would be a nice addition to the program - instead it has become the STAR element of the program - my clients LOVE getting personal emails from me every day and replying to me with their own videos and making them takes about a quarter of the time it would take to write even short emails by hand. I had heard about this app from an audiobook I was listening to and I had to check it out.In order to get it to work The way I wanted it, I had to integrate Zapier which was a little more of a challenge than I had hoped. That was not a reflection of Bonjoro at all. The folks at Bonjoro were extremely helpful in helping me set up the integration and getting started. Once everything was in place, it ran like clockwork!Whenever I get a new customer to my site, I get notified. I then shoot off a quick 20 second video from Bonjoro. The response has been remarkable! Customers cannot believe that I am sending them a personalized welcome video. I believe that this is going to really help with the customer retention rates as well as pique the curiosity of my customers right from the beginning.

I have had SO many amazing responses from using Bonjoro with my new email subscribers. Everyone seems surprised and deeply appreciative of me taking the time to reach out so personally. I'm so thankful for the app which makes this all so quick and easy to do. Insider tip: Use a whiteboard that includes the person's name so they see their name in the thumbnail of the video and are extra likely to click on it and watch it. My whiteboard says, "Thank you, NAME!" with a few colorful stars around the border. I've seen my video watch rate greatly increase with this approach. 😃

We use Bonjoro to thank every customer (ok, sometimes we miss a few) for their order. We get the most incredible responses back thanking us for the personalized video. As a small company, it’s one of the many things you can do to put yourself over the competition.I would highly recommend using it for any small company. As far as the actual functionality of the app, it works great. I was previously using it on a Google pixel to and there was definitely some lag time. I’m now using an iPhone 12 and it’s an incredible difference. No lag time at all videos upload seamlessly.
