It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Bank Independent Customer Service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features Touch ID and Face ID login options, in addition to a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Sync Mobile App, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online Banking credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, tap "First time user? Enroll now". After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
Update: New update last night and as I suspected app worked again. After update 5 days ago, I can no longer use the app on my iPad. I open app and it appears as there is no data. When data appears , app automatically closes! Called customer service and was basically told my iPad was too old? Can’t believe that, seeing as I have no other issues, and am able to still update Apple software updates. Very disappointed.

When I have need a loan I know Bank Independent will find a way to help me. I love how they are open into the evening and on Saturdays. Mobile banking is so easy - I can make a deposit or transfer in seconds with no problems. They always answer my questions and concerns immediately. I’ve never had an experience like this with another bank. Other banks said “No!” to everything. Other businesses and organizations can learn from Bank Independent.

I have been extremely happy with the professional and extremely kind services that we have received throughout the years. I wish there was bill reminders for bill pay on this apps that would remind me of when a bill was coming due and when it was paid and to whom. I’ve asked about this several times in the bank but no response. Truist has a great setup for this but I enjoy doing business locally.
