Great service, but needs an update now

I was using this app for 1-2 years and it was great, but some weeks ago I’ve faced a problem: it stopped connecting in general. “We’re trying to find the best server for you” -> “Server connection issues” and nothing happens. Possibly, it can be caused by advancement of software of “threat preventing” nodes in my country which exist to detect and block vpn connections. Anyways, I’d be glad to use this service again if you know how to make it work

Disappointed by update

I was disappointed by latest updates. There were not just “bug fixes”, but lots of extra ads (I was not forced to watch them before update); also now I receive a lot of push notifications about my vpn, don't understand “business value” of this feature. Also strict time frames for connection: 15 min, 1 hour, 24 hours. Where I need to watch 3, 6 or 10 ads. Really? Sometimes i need 30 min, sometimes 2 hours, and it is not always predictable. Why did I upgrade this app? That is the great example of app which become worse then before upgrade.
Problem connecting to US servers

I've been using this VPN for two years!! Something strange started happening with it in early 2026. No matter what location I choose—the US, Europe, or Scandinavia—it always connects me to Heathrow, London, United Kingdom. I've changed the location dozens of times, updated servers, and all to no avail. It still connects me to Heathrow, London, United Kingdom!!! I only used this VPN because it was one of the few that actually connected you to servers in the US!!! I downloaded a VPN to connect to a US server, but it still connects me to the UK!!! I'm very disappointed.
