Made for real everyday use on iPhone, the app gives you a giant red Record button, haptic tap feedback, a live waveform while you speak, and simple controls to pause, resume, or cancel before saving. When something important happens, drop a bookmark with one tap and jump back to it later during playback.

How it works:
- Tap the red Record button in your library to start capture right away
- Watch the timer and live waveform while your recording continues
- Tap Bookmark during recording to save a marked moment with haptic confirmation
- Tap Pause if you need a break, then Resume when you are ready
- Tap Save when finished and your new recording appears at the top of the library
- Open the recording to play it back, scrub the timeline, use 15-second skip controls, or tap a bookmark chip to jump
- Open the menu and choose Transcribe to create an on-device transcript inline below the waveform
- Use Trim to set a new start and end point, then save a new clip while keeping the original untouched
Common use cases:
- Save a long interview in the Interviews folder and bookmark quote-worthy answers as they happen
- Record a lecture in one tap, then jump back to the bookmark you dropped at a key topic
- Keep back-to-back meeting audio in Meetings and add notes to each recording afterward
- Lock a private conversation with Face ID or Touch ID so only you can open it
- Open your latest recording from the Home Screen widget when you need to review it quickly
Listen and review:
Choose the playback speed that fits the moment: 0.5×, 0.75×, 1×, 1.25×, 1.5×, 2×, or 3×. If you miss something, use the 15-second skip buttons. If you know roughly where it is, drag the scrubber. If you marked it earlier, tap the bookmark and go straight there. Playback also shows clear loading, ready, and error states, so missing audio does not fail silently.
Transcribe and search:
Pro includes on-device transcription for private, searchable text made from your recording. The app can use your current language setting automatically, and you can change the language for each recording when needed. While transcription runs, you will see its status and can cancel at any time. Once finished, the transcript appears inside the recording view and becomes part of smart search along with the title and your notes.
