Description

Postknight reimagines the best parts of role-playing games into bite-sized bits within an exciting delivery adventure.

* Winner of IMGA SEA 2017 - Grand Prix *

The story follows the adventures of a Postknight — a knight who is tasked with difficult or dangerous deliveries — in the grand kingdom of Kurestal. Through deliveries, the postknight will meet other characters with different backgrounds while venturing across the kingdom of Kurestal and beyond.

Designed to be an enjoyable RPG for those on-the-go, Postknight is optimized for mobile devices: from content to controls, for hardcore and casual players, to time spent in and out of the game. Instead of spending long hours to experience the highlights of an RPG adventure, Postknight delivers it in small yet exciting pieces.

• Adorn Your Rewards
Your hard-earned armour and weapons don’t just improve your battle stats, they also look great on the postknight. Be great and glamorous in battle!

• Brilliant Blends
Mix your trusty potion up the way you want it to be: higher healing power, lower cooldown, or with more effective buffs?

• Better, Faster, Stronger
Every delivery run increases the postknight’s experience, along with strength, agility, intelligence and vitality. Allocate the traits that matter to you the most.

• Select Strategic Skills
Equip the postknight with skills and amoury perks that best suit your battle strategies!

• Exciting Expedition
Embark on a light-hearted adventure to various interesting towns and cities and meet its diverse inhabitants. While you’re at it, collect quirky loot and fantastic gear too!

• Bite-sized But Breathtaking
Postknight promises no draggy battles, but ensure that they will be equally exciting - especially when it comes to boss battles!

• Destiny & Dates
Throughout a postknight’s journey, there will be new faces that will become lasting relationships. Of course, every relationship needs effort, be it in the form of gifts, or just dropping by for a daily visit.

• Time Waits For No One, But…
Time continues to tick for the postknight even when you are not playing: deliveries will be sent out and rewards will await you when you return!

Girls you have ties with will wonder where you have gone too, so dropping by for a visit every now and then will keep their hearts at ease.

Honestly, The BEST game ever!!!

This game is so amazing!!! I just can’t even put into words how much I like it. It entertains me for hours and hours! The simple design and mechanics make it so fun, and I absolutely love the way the game looks! The animations are so smooth and fun to watch, and the wide variety of tasks are super fun!!! Every character in the game is so cute and lovable, and each has a unique personality, which is very rare for games. I can clearly tell that the devs put in so much effort to make this game, and honestly, I haven’t played any other games for quite a while!!! I love how there is so much to do, and so much detail in the levels!!! Ever since I got it, I’ve been doing so much from drawing my own postknight characters, to pretending that I am one!!! I really love this game and can’t wait to play some more! In fact, I think that’s what I’m going to do right now!!! Thank you so much for making this game, Kurechii (is that how you spell it?) and if you’ve made it to the end of this review, I definitely suggest that you download this game!!! It really is the best. game. ever!

Not great.

This game is good for the first few hours which I guess is all I wanted it for was something that I could do for a couple hours and not be bored. You level up pretty quickly in the beginning. Two delivery rounds and you’re already the next level. But you get to the second delivery post and the pirate guy is horribly hard to beat. You have to grind and grind and grind and then you’re level 37 or higher and you get to the THIRD delivery post and going through delivery rounds only gives you experience worth a hair??? And the enemies deal CRAZY damage??? I’m not even to the boss and I’m already having to grind JUST to get through ONE delivery round. AND I have to grind at the PREVIOUS delivery post just to gain a decent amount of experience to level up. If I try to grind at the third delivery post then I end up with a health bar so low that I have to wait and wait and wait for my health to get back up to full just to get back to a delivery round. This game was literally only fun for the first delivery post. After that it no longer felt fun it just felt like a chore. This game makes you become involved with it in the beginning and then makes you think it’s worth grinding for the second post and then the third post is even worse but you keep trying and then eventually the work is more than the reward that you get for trying and it’s no longer fun. Uh, BYE!

Could use improvement, still want the sequel

I don’t regret getting the game. It was really fun for the first half of gameplay. It had a charm like few others. It was great interacting with characters and upgrading all the equipment. Recently, however, I’ve been paying closer attention to it’s gameplay. I’ve eventually come to the conclusion that the game used to be quite fun, but I now consider it to simply be a chore for me. For a while it was nice being able to visit the NPCs and gift them things to raise their friendship, but now it’s just become “say hello to them, give them something, come back in 12 hours.” The personalities don’t really stand out in a way like Animal Crossing executes it. The combat isn’t particularly great either: there are three buttons that do the same thing, and all that really matters while you are fighting is a weak sense of timing.
Regardless, the game was really fun for the first half. Can’t wait for the sequel. I would recommend some things: make it less dependent on visiting the NPCs, add more strategies to combat, and PLEASE make it so that we don’t have to visit different villages to upgrade our potions with different ingredients. Thanks for reading my giant text dump.
TL,DR: Fun in early game, disappointing late game. If you want a chill game, play this.
