Track your health and resilience with DailyBeat HRV—clinical-grade insights into stress, recovery, and willpower using accurate HRV readings.
Understand Your Health. Build Your Resilience.
DailyBeat HRV delivers a clinically accurate assessment of your overall health and nervous system balance using Heart Rate Variability (HRV).
IMPORTANT: *DailyBeat HRV requires compatible external hardware.*
To ensure accurate HRV measurement, this app works only with tested Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate monitors—such as chest straps, supported handhelds, or patches. Wrist-worn devices, including Apple Watch, are not supported for HRV due to accuracy limitations.

I love the geek screens in Sweetbeathrv though it does not show me where I am "supposed" to be. This app takes care of that and compares me to others. Also I can do a session in this app and download it into SweetBeat so I can see the geek stats.
Sweet help!

I'm trying to lose weight and this app gives me my willpower score! I took Dr. McGonigals willpower class at Stanford and learned that HRV is a measure of willpower. Now I don't beat myself up if I don't stick to my diet perfectly. I love the daily recommendations as well.
Love this app!

DailyBeat HRV now lets you visualize your Apple Health data like never before—with beautiful, interactive pinch-and-zoom graphs for:
* Average Heart Rate
* Resting Heart Rate
* SDNN *(a time-domain HRV metric stored by Apple)*
Note: These graphs are for informational purposes only.
We do *not* use Apple Health data for our HRV calculations. All HRV analysis in DailyBeat is based exclusively on readings from compatible, clinically validated external heart rate monitors.
