I'm using your app, RBL MyCard, and I've been experiencing issues from the first day. For instance, when I use Face ID to open the app, it freezes and nothing happens, forcing me to close the app and restart it. After the most recent update, the app now crashes upon launch. For the past two years, the rewards section has been displaying a message that the milestone section will be available "shortly," which feels like a never-ending wait akin to certain government schemes that take years to complete. I urge you to address these issues promptly. If these problems persist, users may eventually stop using the app.

App was working fine till last couple of weeks but from last 3 weeks I am getting “Service temporarily unavailable “ after successful login faceid/mpin . This is really sad issue didn’t fix even in 3 weeks. Steps - Latest app version from App Store, then login by mpin or faceid after successful login ( no error) it goes to main page ( dashboard) and shows “we apologize, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later and app becomes unresponsive.

Aap is better now but only concern is we don’t have options to pay our rbl credit card payment through other debit cards like their is only few banks registered but no options to select axis bank cards how to proceed and make payments????
