Auto-Populating isnt working

I am experiencing an issue with line totals not auto populating. I have to save the document, close, and restart the software to get the line totals to correct themselves. Seems like theres some sort of bug that needs to be fixed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - PAID & NO SERVICEPolaris Office took my money, All I needed was to export a document. But you cant do that unless you pay them. So I did that at 3am after hours of work so I could have it done by today. No dice. The service does not work at all. Furthermore, I have emailed 6x to customer support, fb, & more & not received any help to remedy this in a timelhy fashion at all. This product, service, & company are absolutely worthless. Thanks for nothing.

The app has potential for someone that does not want to use Microsoft. The problem is the pdf portion crashes a lot. Then in the AI side I get answers in part English and part in another language. The problem is when there is a problem the support is terrible and takes forever to fix.

After reading some of the reviews, I downloaded this office to replace the expensive Microsoft version. I ended up surprised to see that it wasn't free and I had to try a trail version. I would like someone to tell me if this is the case. Too bad if I had to pay for this app because it looks like a good app to use.
