This is one of the best Black Friday apps! I got this the first year it came out with about 4 others. I just downloaded them all. This is the only one I continue to use year after year!

I’ve been a Black Friday App user for years and this is one of the worst apps. Navigating to ad scans and through individual ads is great. But what makes having a Black Friday app worth the effort, is having linked articles regarding top tech deals, in-store hours for Black Friday, etc. Also, being able to save deals to a list. There is a save button, and I saved a few. But there is nothing in my saved list when I navigate to it. Serious downfall. The point of being able to save all deals to a list is to prioritize your in-store shopping. Those of us who love Black Friday, do still shop in-store. The saved deals list also helps to easily compare prices for the same deal at different retailers. The best app I ever used had a shopping list feature as well, so you could browse your saved deals to create your shopping list for the day. Also, this doesn’t show whether the deals are in-store vs online. I’ll be looking for another app to use.

This rating is based off a one time first time use so when we get closer to the holiday season it might change based on a better idea of shopping management. From what I can tell so far the interface design is pretty basic. Users can simple navigate to the few sections they want by way of the bottom menu. The app lists retailers they have deals for and in case you don’t see yours you can enter a store’s name to see if or what deals they have listed.

Clean old ads out

The interface looks nice and clean. But it’s filled with old ads less then a month before Black Friday. I sat and went through a bunch thinking what great deals were out until I realized they were all from last year. Seems like we are to close to still have old ads up. Also seem like an easy fix. Or at least add a banner saying they are from 2021.
