I have been trying to get a package sent to me and held by your agency. The app was even difficult to my Korean friends. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star. Where is the English version?

Worthless. Korean customs keeps my package (don’t know why, it isn’t good, tobacco, it’s just clothing)… I guess I’m suppose to download this app but it doesn’t work at all. Whose idea is this?

I don’t no why we’re forced to use this app to submit the custom forms. This app should be multilingual by now. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This app is genuinely horrible

It makes no sense. The Kakao chat bot itself is useless. my Korean friends have no idea what it needs.just go to the customs office yourself
