Major enhancements coming to GroupMan BJJ calendar - Planner tool. It is possible to create and manage reccuring events using new Planner tool. If you have an event which repeats with certain order, just create it one time in Planner and it will appear in needed day as planned event. With one click you can create event from planned event. It is also possible to color event in calendar to logically separate different activities.

New data synchronization function: It gives users following opportunities: 1) Keep your data up-to-date across all of your mobile devices. 2) Store and backup data on the cloud server. Your data is securily stored on cloud server so you can access it from any phone or tablet. It will never disappear if your phone gets lost 3) Possibility to work in offline mode (without network coverage). When APP is in offline mode, you can still create and modify data, which is saved to a local storage. When the app is back online, it will synchronize local changes with cloud server. 4) Share club data between instructors. Several instructors can work with club data in parallel. Changes made by one instrutor are automatically synced with other instructors.

Payment module is finally available. You can: - register payments from your students - monitor payment history for every student, or for group of students - prepare attendance and payment reports on monthly basis.

Kids and adults graduation systems are available now. You can assign kids or adults belts for your students. Each belt has four degrees. Furthermore, it is possible to monitor how many classes/seminars/tournaments student participated with current rank. Some BJJ clubs use student attendance information as one of the criteria for belt/stripe promotion so we have added such statistics for every student.
