This is a great app and is identical to the original wonderland, but you don’t get as much out of it because there’s not an English option. Also, the ships that could be refueled in the original can’t be refueled in this version for some reason which is a major issue. Otherwise, I’m extremely happy to see that one of my favorite childhood games has been brought to this platform!

People have been begging for years from what I’ve read and I am here to beg as well. This game is a major callback to an era in my childhood in which I lived and breathed this game day & night! I played this game before I discovered consoles & Im still drawn to it. I have never played anything else like it. But it is very frustrating to play with nothing but Chinese words. You have a big English fanbase, please don’t ignore us. Give us and update with the option to see everything in English. That is literally the only reason I have this three stars and uninstalled the game. It’s rough going back and fourth between tabs just to read a guide on which buttons to press or remember how to do something so that I don’t mess up my progress. Please hear us & help with this!!! It is the literal ONLY thing unpleasant about the game.

The amount of terrible changes and missing features from the original WLO and even their own true PC versions (NWLO and WLO Rhodes) makes this very close to not worth playing. There are no minigames, which in turn robs you of some of the quest rewards like the very much needed stars. There are so many items in the Item Mall that are either missing or locked behind weekly gacha packs. (I have to gamble for training vouchers which isn’t even available all the time unlike NWLO where you can directly buy one at a fraction of the cost anytime you want to. Really, 980x?) The worst offenders are the ridiculous trading restrictions and the huge pile of visual bugs. In this version, you can only trade manufacturing items (like the kilns and whatnot; you can’t trade the things they make or the materials) and any equipment rank 35 or higher. So the economy here doesn’t even exist and makes gold obsolete once you’ve compounded all the gear you need. What makes this very ironic is that most of the good stuff you can compound are already overshadowed by the gear you can buy in the daily section of the Item Mall.As for the visual bugs, it impacts combat quite a lot. Most of the time, you don’t know what just happened cause things like Stone Wall has a split-second animation or that enemy you just tried to seal looks like it worked, but you don’t know that cause oops, you or someone else debuffed it earlier so now it won’t let you know your seal was a success or how long it lasts. Gotta play the memory game for the latter.You’re much better off playing the two PC versions available (which also ironically are all under 980x). They deliver the true WLO experience without dumb and unnecessary changes.

I been wanting to play WLO since it got disconnected in North America back in 2019. I just found out today I can download the app and it’s so nostalgic and fun to play again but we really need English translation please! I been using my fiancés phone to use the camera translator lol. I love this game so much and adding English translation would be so helpful for those of us who love the game but don’t speak or read Chinese.
