How do I let my house help cook inside this safely gaurded and gated community !! Dinesh!! He has been waiting outside the gate since last Tuesday! Not been let in. I am proud of the guards for their hard work and commitment to their job, however it is a burden and I have had to seek alternative eating solutions since Tuesday. Please help a champ out. JAI HIND.

While clicking the option to confirm receipt of a parcel with “Mark as Collected” option, the app prompts saying “Please mark as collected” with an “OK” option. When you click on that, the app first of all takes some time to respond, secondly, it hangs at this point at times, third, it takes us back to the top of the page. Say, I have multiple parcels that I have to mark as collected, for this, I have to go back all the way up, browse down to the respective parcel I want to mark, which takes very long and then face the above issues again for each parcel. This is really annoying.

Updated, Started working when I tried again this weekend. Apparently the problem was server side. Since i did not update the app itself. Restoring back to 3 stars. Had glitches in the past as well. Please provide a phone support line I can call from overseas. Unable to call your toll free line from US. The issue below is fixed. =================================Payment screen goes blankUnfortunately my housing society changed to use MyGate fo pay society dues. The product simply does not work. When I click the payment button after choosing the payment method, the screen goes completely blank. On the iPad and the iPhone. Next I tried to use the Chrome browser on a Windows 10 PC. After login I need to enter the OTP. The First time the OTP arrived after several minutes, the next several times not at all. I have no idea how to pay my dues now.
