I received a call from our driver, Cornell Y, upon arrival. He was waiting for us steps away from baggage claim at the airport. He was very friendly and accommodating and gave us lots of information about the area, attractions, Port Everglades, etc. We were at the hotel in minutes!

Dirty, smelly car, late pick up, unsafe car

DO NOT USE. THEY LIE!!!We used Mozio for transportIon between JFK and our NYC hotel this past week. I paid &252 and went with an option that indicated the use of Mercedes Benz sedans. Our pick up at JFK was as expected, but the return was horrible. First the driver texted us about 5 minutes before we were supposed to meet him to say that he would be 20 minutes late. Then, when he finally arrived, it was in an older Corolla with faded paint. We just wanted to get to the airport, so we didn’t complain, but we should have. The true condition of the car was revealed when we settled in the back seat. The car was filthy; the seats worn and the stained, and there were food crumbs everywhere, including a half-eaten Ritz cracker in the door pocket. The car was smelly and very uncomfortable in stop and go traffic due to a worn suspension system. The driver volunteered that he is not a professional driver, which is obvious. His car would not have passed an Uber nor a Lyft Inspection. Because of the delay in pick up, our 50 minute ride turned into a hour and 20 minute ride. When I complained to Mozio, they refunded me $25, which is not enough. I sent them pictures of the interior of the car, including the half eaten Ritz cracker. How is it OK to use a car this dirty during COVID? It is UNSAFE and gross.

Please note this is a negative review of the iPhone app, not the service generally.I successfully booked a ride using Mozio website via PC, downloaded the app to track and support the ride, and had no issues. However, booking the return to the airport required specifying a departing flight, and the flight lookup functionality is broken. It will not provide available flights less than eight hours after the requested ride. So I selected one such flight (Since the field is mandatory) and completed the booking. It was canceled by Mozio a half hour later due to the flight selection.I rebooked from my PC, contacted Mozio about the reproducible bug, and was informed I didn't use the tool properly. (!)The big still is not fixed and is reproducible on two iPhones and with different airports.
