I love the fact that you can name and save the loan calculations. I use the bank name and % in the file name so when I’m comparing rates it’s very easy to identify the bank and interest rate at a glance. It’s really handy if you have collected at least 2 data points so you can pit one bank vs the pack. I just used it with 5 banks on a loan to remodel our business. The building and land are paid off so the “mortgage “ is 100% guaranteed. The kicker was offering the other banks our entire banking business both personal and rental properties and business account. The chance to add 5 million from the business has gotten me from a 6% rate at current bank down to 4.4 and 4.5 from two other banks no points or origination fees with free checks and safety deposit boxes. They really stepped up to get the business and it’s easy to see how much I saved with each new quote

Installs without a bunch of questions n setup. Comes up instantly to the simple screen. 5 seconds to enter relevant loan info and bam... payment is there. Scroll up a tiny bit and can see extended info about total payments and interest and can choose more loan details. Screen is not busy and simple. Nice job. For a change, some SW developers actually get it!!! Thank you. Look forward to other products you make.

I’m looking for an app to run numbers on how quickly a loan will pay down according to a payment. This app doesn’t allow you to change the payment amount that I could see it has a locked sign beside it. If you wanting to adjust the payment and see how quickly it pays down, you’re an able to do that on this app.
