I wanted to find 1) how to sign up for the app and 2) how to find my NOS Card for movie discounts. I could not do 1) without going in to the NOS store; it required an expert. Similarly, I could not 2) sign up for or access my NOS Card using the ‘default’ screen (the one you see on your phone after you sign in). Instead, I had to click on the four little menu blocks in the upper right-hand corner, and then swipe the screen that appeared off to the left! Once signed-up, I still had to go through these menu and swiping stops to actually get to the card that I’ll need to present at the theatre tomorrow!

Tried calling support several times to get more detail on my bill, which include overage charges. The app, the email, and website didn’t explain in detail what the charges were related to—it just said ‘cell phone service. Please provide a more accessible support line for these types of questions.

Yep, like another reviewer said, app just opens to a white screen and nothing happens. I tried many times to open it, even deleted it and tried again and nothing. Also PLEASE 🙏🏼make an English version.
