The app overall is pretty close to what I have been looking for in a booking site. It does lack a couple of things on both the business & client side. I run a barbershop and we have a pretty decent sized menu. I wish there were add on options to a service. For instance, haircut, and then when you select that service, an option for a sidebar service would be very Convenient (facial hair, eyebrows, shave, etc…) instead of listing +5 options with the one service on the main menu 1) haircut & facial hair 2) haircut & eyebrows 3) haircut & shave. It gets too complicated for my clients I do wish that if a client were to “no call, no show” that there was a notification prompt to them saying they missed the appointment. Also on the clients profile that it would show if they are habitual and to be able to turn off the ability to have them book without putting a deposit. (I don’t want to be able to make everyone on the client list have to put down a deposit) It would also be nice if a specific calendar had its own options for services & timeframes so it didn’t look like a hundred different options for the customers. It gets a little overwhelming for the client base. A lot of my clients also can’t figure out how to cancel or reschedule appointments and we end up having to do it manually. Something a bit more streamlined for them would be awesome. The least amount of time that I’m using my phone for them the better, when they could do it themselves, the better.

Just a note, the calendars do indeed have a way to set their own services & timeframes. That way the client can just pick "Sally" and it'll only show their special service list and times. Removed best feature to make us pay more?

Taking away the ‘Activity’ access when it’s the main reason most of us use this booking program. How does it make sense to remove that function when we are paying for the ability to easily access what clients are booking/cancelling? Many of us are using the ‘solo’ option because we don’t need more than one calendar and we don’t have employees. Just up the ‘solo’ rate if your company is struggling with money so we know up front what we are paying for and notify us first…. taking away features we picked this booking program specifically for is not professional and doesn’t feel safe. We have invested in your app and have important dates with clients and information we need for months and months, and it feels like it would be safer to use a different booking program that will not be randomly adjusted to force users to pay more to ‘unlock’ features they ALREADY HAD. Transitioning these bookings into a safer app before closing out the existing is very time consuming, and tracking payments properly for deposits after losing the Bookedin app’s record is extremely unprofessional to work through. There was a better way for your company to do this….i loved this app, but now I feel your company is untrustworthy.

This was our mistake, our team was not aware that Solo plan customers relied on this feature when we changed our plans structure, we assumed it was mostly for larger teams. No complaints, but a few suggestions

This app has worked brilliantly for my tattoo shop, clients immediately jumped at the chance to book their own appointment a at their convenience. I love that it takes deposits for me at the time of booking. However, a few small suggestions. When prompted to the site from our “book now” button on social media, it would be convenient to be prompted to choose an artist, before being prompted for a date. Also, instead of the current day’s calendar, it seems it would make more sense to have the full month displayed with a prompt to choose a day. Maybe an option for each business to customize this part of the scheduling process? I’ve had a few clients get confused by the initial encounter with the app. Other than that, I’d say absolutely spot on!

To show at least my whole day, but preferably the whole week. Hard to see where I have things to move around with such a tight view. I’ve been with Vagaro since the beginning and have also used several others looking for my dream app. I’m booked and really only take referrals if anyone at all, so I do not need any social media. It actually gets in the way. I like a site that clients have their login, can make and move their appts and then get reminders. A bonus for me would be all conversations stay inside the app. Your app is clean, pretty easy, connects all of my calendars and blocks out my time, just missing a few things before I can commit to a changeover. But keep it up you’re on to something great! I’ve honestly tried over a dozen sites and this one is got most of the positives all together. One thing is that it took me a lot of searching to come across you. A LOT! You also don’t come up in the App Store auto fill list unless I type you in exactly
