This app is a great app for shoppers. You have options to buy vintage (preloved) items for great prices and buying new items from different stores all over the world. I like to buy name brand items so if I can get them cheaper here why pay full price? Plus I’m shopping from wherever I am when I have the time through my phone. Since Covid most people nowadays shop from home. So this is very convenient. Most hosts are kind, I’d say if you don’t like the host don’t buy from them. If you are new and hesitant download the app, sign up and just observe a live show first to see what is even offered. I have had great experience with customer service via email so far. Since I’m used to buying online, I can wait for my purchases to arrive. For the preloved items, they have an option where you can buy entrupy, a third party, to authenticate your item when you buy from host, and if it’s not authentic shopshop will refund you your money back. This also helps if you want to resell it later on. I’m so happy they listened to my previous feedback regarding the ombré screen look. It was nice but not good for shoppers when you can’t see the full screen in color. We rely on what we see during the live shows so the bigger the space to show item the better. I first heard of ShopShops from ISLYNYC (was already a customer of theirs on their website). They had a live event scheduled during which I did make purchases. However, my first tune-in on ShopShops was Neverabore’s live. It was one of his epic perfume events and I had an amazing experience engaging with him! It was truly because of him that I came back for more!!! I’m very intuitive and I knew right away that he was an amazing person, and great host! That was back in August of 2021, in the midst of this crazy ‘demic, and I’ve been tuning into ShopShop lives everyday ever since! I set alarms for Jose’s lives, never missing a single livestream of his! I’ve bought so many amazing vintage clothing, jewelry, shoes, as well as accessories and perfume through ShopShops, and have purchased the most through him. Then a couple months later, I discovered ‘BoogieBee Vintage’ (Dina) and I can say the very same for her lives, too! We all engage + have so much fun! It’s something I look forward to - live shopping with a personal shopper, finding beautiful vintage pieces, getting great deals, engaging with the hosts, connecting with other live shoppers (community), and having so many laughs + so much fun! It’s truly an incredible + fun experience. With that said, the app still needs some work, and I feel that FREE domestic shipping on all orders $25+ should be free again. Items available for purchase are listed separately and there’s a sense of urgency to grab it before someone else does. However, it is not fair practice to charge $10 shipping per item/order; especially because items are bundle shipped anyway. Hoping that ShopShops hears us loyal shoppers - making this change will also attract new shoppers!

Why is it every time I make a purchase nothing it shipped out three days goes by a soul inside the shop that means it’s sold to somebody who works there. I have never in my life every time I order something they refund my money and say it’s been sold to someone else and it’s very sad because if you’re advertising that you’re selling something it should be first come first serve not three days later that the product is stealing your store and has not been shipped to me but only sold to someone else I mean they’re holding it for someone who wants to purchase it that works there and that happened to me five times with the ones that say New York in the light blue and just recently when I asked the Nother associate about what should I do they say right customer service and I bought the wallet from them they sent me a notification three days after I purchased it and it never got shipped out and they say sorry the item was sold inside the store. How is that possible when you’re advertising what you have and it never gets shipped I just wanna know if anybody else is having the same problem or is it just me??

Amazing deals and great host except for a few

Love this app I’ve bought around hundreds of dollars of designer goods for amazing prices!! I’ve made friends and have actually developed great relationships with the host who also sometimes help with personal styling. Many of the host go out of their way to treat you with compassion and grace when purchasing but there are some I suggest keeping away from. I do not appreciate the concrete sunflower listing products incorrectly, falsifying the damages, not uploading as good detailed photos and getting around shop shops rules uploading one questionable photo of the items then three random thank you photos is a cheap and distasteful tactics. I also do not appreciate how much she cusses and even refers to us as mother f’ers on her live. She needs to be removed from and stopped from mudding the rest of SS. She should only sell in her personal store if she wants to be shady. Also some products authenticity is questionable from her shop.
