After messing around with other apps I tried this one. Our vans were oversized and we found ideal Parking in Edinburgh. Impressive. Easy to use. Felt the space was safe.
Not worth the hassle

Booked a parking spot thru this app. Went to the location and they said that they didn’t work with this app and wouldn’t let me park. Had to pay the company directly and when asked YourParkingSpace for a refund, they denied me multiple times saying it was my fault I couldn’t find the parking space and that the location/owner was credible, which was not the case! I had to go back to the location, take pictures and video of them saying that they didn’t work with YourParkingSpace to prove it. Then it took even more emails back and forth until they finally granted me a refund. Definitely not worth the hassle at all!

No dice for international travelers

As many others have mentioned frequently, you must use a UK number. Unfortunately this is not mentioned, the app gives obscure error codes, and the website gives even worse codes and errors Ended up using a random restaurant number to make it work (sorry to whatever restaurant it was). Apparently you can have customer service do this manually, but who has time to wait for an agent while standing in a parking lot with your kids impatiently waiting?
