I would like to commend the work of the nurses with Dialogue. The nurse I spoke to on the video call walked me through my options, did her best to assess my case and even gave me priority options like best case, second option and last option. She shared useful tips to ease my shoulder pain and a useful chart of pain relieving medications which guided me on how to use them. Another nurse checked in with me to see how I am doing after a day. And the other nurse gave me a useful schedule for how to combine Tylenol with my prescription for better pain relief. I highly recommend Dialogue to anyone trying to get an initial consultation before they are able to see a doctor. The nurses are responsive and caring :)

Best telemedicine service I have ever used. The coordinators were knowledgeable about what they were doing and responded promptly. The provider I met with was also very understanding. This is so much better than having to line up at a clinic and go through all unnecessary procedure before being able to see a doctor or a nurse.
