Calinsight puts your calendar and reminders together in the menu bar. Click the icon to see your month, what’s coming up and where your time went — without switching apps.
It works with the calendars and reminder lists already on your Mac, including iCloud and Google. Changes made in other apps and on other devices show up right away.

I don’t understand how to use this app

I don’t tnink this app could ever be called “user friendly.” It just isn’t. I just don’t understand how it’s supposed to work. It really should be shown on YouTube. However, if I get an answer to my first question in a reasonable period of time, I’m willing to continue, even though I have now found other ”appointment” apps that are easy to understand and very useful. I’m waiting to see how this organization responds to my question.. No answer and it goes into TRASH.

Calinsight 2.0.1 answers two requests from the first days of 2.0.
• Right-click the menu bar icon to open Settings or quit Calinsight. You no longer need to open the Settings window to quit.
• When you choose a calendar for an event or reminder, the list is now grouped by account and sorted by name. The Calendars and Reminders tabs in Settings use the same order.
