The guy that created telenotes had a very good product. The notes were dictated by real people, the platform was pretty reliable, Looks pretty easy to navigate through your notes and schedules.Now after it became Voze, The changes that were made to make operations cheaper are blatantly obvious. AI is used to dictate call notes, with plenty of misspellings, wrong grammar, and completely wrong words. Sometimes, there are call notes from completely different companies and completely different sales people that have notes for one of our customers. And not to mention the server constantly crashing, lost call notes, And about 20% of my call notes I have to redo because they just never show up.

Frequent glitches and failures, location inaccuracy and notes failing to upload. Used to be an excellent product with the original owner being focused on continuous improvement. That is no longer the case, and our productivity is taking a hit as a result. Writing this review after the app kicked me out for the 3rd time today, and now won’t move past the syncing data screen. This has been an ongoing struggle and it’s only getting worse.
