Please update the software. This used to be an amazing pen until the updates stopped coming. It’s not compatible with current iOS versions. Doing that would help so many people and takes very little time. Please help the people who helped kickstart this product!

During the time I used my 3dsimo mini 2 the app was wonderful and helped me a lot during my time using it until I moved on to a 3D simpBasic.

The app connects to the pen but won't let me use any of the controls. I have emailed support, but I haven't gotten a response yet. I've also tried other phones and it's definitely the app.

This company is dishonorable. I back them on kick starter years ago and they never sent me my 3Dsimo. They kept the money and now they are not responding to email. Do not support this company.
