MyAlarm — mobile app for security alarm management and video surveillance.
— Wherever you are, arm and disarm the security system in your house, office, shop, or storage with just one click.
— Event feed shows what is happening at your site: when the children came home from school, employees disarmed the security system in the office, the power went off in your country house.
— Watch video from the cameras both online and from archive, save video fragments and share them right from the app.
— In case of smoke blanketing, water leakage or gas leakage, if the site is equipped with appropriate devices, alarm notifications will be sent to the application.
— Manage the devices connected to the security system: lights, gates or gas-fired boiler.
—You have no need to watch notifications on the phone screen if you choose the sound scheme "Rita". Notifications will be sounded by a pleasant female voice.
— With administrator privileges you can invite colleagues and relatives to manage your sites. As well you can disable access to your sites for any members.
The app is available for the clients of security companies and for the clients of the MyAlarm system.
The app requires an internet connection. The range of features in the app depends on the type and configuration of the installed security devices.

— We continue to improve management of events on the video screen. Last time we filtered out the most important events, now we have added arrows to switch between them. Sometimes it's better to click than to scroll;
— Check how fast the app has worked: secure multiple partitions in a row or quickly scroll through the list of events. Everything works without delay;
— Alarm notifications work more logically: for example, if a water leak occurs, the alarm will go away as soon as you cancel it. And when there’s a security alarm, the message shows all the disturbing sections instead of one.

From time to time, we perform scheduled services in our Cloud. And sometimes unscheduled if there is a problem. We want you to know what exactly is happening. So, if we are servicing the Cloud, MyAlarm will show a notification about it. This means that we are aware of the issue, and it will be fixed soon.
It is much easier to watch and manage videos as only the most important events are highlighted in the feed: arming, disarming and alerts. We fixed the error, in which the time on the timeline depended on time changes on the device.
MyAlarm continued to send push-notifications even when you were logged out of the app. “A” for effort, but it shouldn’t be like this. We fixed it.
If you use MyAlarm without a security company: we have fixed multiple issues with privacy settings, now only the administrator can change the name of the facility.

Save the video. You can select and download up to 5 minutes of video. It can be useful to share with management and colleagues or send to the police.
Select the date on the timeline. Now you don’t need to scroll timeline to see video archive for the previous days. Just select the needed day and the video will be scrolled to 9:00 of this date.
Both new features are available on video tariff with archive.

Basic tariff for video service was added. You can watch video, switch between cameras, zoom video and rename cameras. Video is available online only.

We added two new features for video service.
View everything in details. Now you can zoom in video from cameras using proper gestures. It works both in portrait and in landscape screen orientation.
Rename cameras. If you have an administrator role in MyAlarm, you can change a name of a camera in settings – it will be displayed for all MyAlarm users on your site.

We added a section “Information about Security Company”. Now security companies can upload their contact details and logo to display this data to customers in the app.
Now you can see balance, payment date and monthly fee for security services. The information is available only if the security company has set the appropriate settings in their alarm monitoring program.
Sped up loading of the object settings. Previously, when you click the Settings icon on the object, you had to wait a few seconds for the download. Now the list of settings appears instantly.

We localized the app. Now MyAlarm 2.0 is available for users who speak English or Spanish. If you want to view the event list, hear Rita and manage your objects in English or Spanish simply select the appropriate language on your device.

1. Добавили возможность настраивать push-уведомления для каждого объекта. Например, вы находитесь в отпуске и вам интересны только события из квартиры, тогда отключите push- уведомления, которые приходят по событиям из офиса, и они больше не будут вас отвлекать.
2. Сделали голосовые push-уведомления.Теперь можно выбрать приятный голос Риты и, не доставая телефон из кармана, узнать какое событие пришло по объекту.
3. Добавили набор номера напрямую из приложения. Если на объекте возникла экстренная ситуация и вам нужно связаться с администратором объекта, необязательно искать контакт в телефоне, теперь можно набрать номер, кликнув на администратора в списке пользователей.

— Девушка Рита озвучила тревожные пуш-уведомления. Теперь, когда придёт пуш по тревоге, вы услышите знакомый женский голос.
— Номера объекта и разделов можно узнать из вкладки с настройками (там где пользователи).
— Исправили индикатор-крутилку во время взятий и снятий.
— При логауте приложение спрашивает подтверждение.
Минутка посыпания головы пеплом. К сожалению, мы отказались от чата с тех поддержкой, потому что сделали его плохо. Исправимся и сделаем всё как надо, после того, как реализуем проект по «обслуживанию объектов».
