Mac

Someone speaks and your audio fades to let them in — then back to your focus when they're done. Works with any headphones. One-time purchase, no subscription. You shouldn't have to pull a headphone out to hear someone. Silenz is a Mac menu-bar app that keeps you in your music or your work with your headphones on — then lets the room back in the moment it matters: someone speaks to you, the phone rings, someone's at the door. It smart-pauses your audio — eases it down, then brings it back when things are quiet again. Automatic, hands-free, and it works with any headphones you own — now tuned for AirPods Pro and Max. FOCUS Be interrupted only by things that matter. Smart mode listens for speech, phone rings, and doorbells while ignoring random background noise — so you stay in flow until something actually needs you. HEAR Ambient Sound brings the room into your headphones, live. Silenz listens through your Mac's microphone and plays what it hears alongside your music, so you can follow what's going on around you without taking your headphones off. It has its own volume and mute, and works with any microphone you choose. PROTECT Lock your Mac or unplug your headphones and Silenz can pause playback or mute the output, so nothing keeps blasting through your speakers. Unlock, and your music picks up where it left off. CONTROL Three modes from the menu bar: Off, On (hear everything), or Smart (hear only voices and alerts). Switch with a keyboard shortcut or a double-tap of Ctrl. Works with Apple Music, Apple TV, Spotify, VOX, Audirvāna, Swinsian, Decibel, Downcast, Broadcasts, Doppler, Radiccio, Longplay, VLC Perfect for: • Open offices — stay focused, stay reachable • Working from home — hear the doorbell or a delivery • AirPods Pro and Max — refined for the way you work • Studying or working to music in shared spaces PLEASE NOTE: • Do not rely on Ambient Sound Smart mode when extra caution is required. Common sense is advised • For best microphone quality with Bluetooth headphones, selecting an external mic as Sound Input in Settings is recommended • Audio feedback may occur when using speakers or with high microphone gain — adjust volume settings carefully One-time purchase. No subscription. Keep your headphones on. Let Silenz handle the rest.
