I’m not sure if it’s the app or the information being sent to it, but it seems like every time I get a shipment I get an email a few days before advising me to go to Ezway and confirm the package, but it usually doesn’t show up in Ezway for a few days after. Also when I do confirm I keep getting messages from Ezway to confirm the shipment. My latest shipment I confirmed the shipment and then the same exact shipment was posted two days later and I had to confirm it again. It’s just repetitive to the point of extremely confusing, but as I stated, I don’t know if it’s the app that is confusing or the folks putting in the information. Either way, it needs some serious work.

I honestly don’t know what the government was thinking when they made this stupid system mandatory, let alone this poorly designed app. I wish you good luck getting it to work. Apparently the government and app designer couldn’t care less based on the star rating. But why would they bother fixing it to improve the rating if it mandatory? I managed to get it working a couple years ago but now that I have a renewed resident ID card it stopped working. With my incoming package in limbo. I’ve deleted and recreated the account twice and it still won’t work. TRASH!

have had several packages sent to me from the US. Every time I had to re-register my account; which failed every time. So I had to contact EZ way to register my account. Again, I got a package last week but I went directly to UPS on Monday in Jhong He to register the package and confirm it. Package still not here and I am getting a request from the EZ way app to register on the app. I must say, this is not “EZ WAY” at all. You need to get someone who knows what they are doing to FIX the bugs in you app. TERRIBLE

While scanning ID the app can detect conditions such as shadows and reflection and advice users to make adjustments so the results are perfect. Despite complicated government regulations the app made it easy for me to get my package without going out or to fill out any paper version of paperwork. It’s a very well built app.
