Y’all are great and every time y’all keep revamping your technology and allowing us to do new things like Zelle in 24 hour customer service, a literal person that can help us another thing I just wish that y’all offered overdraft protection or new cards because the ones I have issued are old and ugly other than that I’m very happy

The Credit Union is better than any bank, once you get accustomed to the naming schemes of accounts and the procedures with accounts and services. But this app needs work. It’s almost 2019 and it still smells of a beta test than a finished product. The “Money Managment” “feature” alone is a hot mess of what works, works sometimes works and what doesn’t work at all. I know costs have to be kept down but if you’re going to do it, do it right. It’s just a phone app. This app is not aging well at all.

My TruGrocer app is the best. I am able to move, transfer, and deposit without going into the branch. The only thing is miss the people that work at my branch, so I make an excuse to go in every now and then when I will be in the area.
