【Description of Auto-Renewal Service (Subscription)】
1.If you have activated this auto-renewal service through Apple ID and do not actively cancel it within the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") bound to the auto-renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period (subject to Apple's actual deduction rules). You should monitor the balance status of the above account. If the renewal fails due to account issues or insufficient balance, you will bear the risks and/or losses. To help you understand the auto-renewal situation, Apple will notify you of the upcoming deduction five days in advance via [in-site messages or emails], so please pay attention to receiving them. Please note that due to the nature of the auto-renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal service within the subscription period, Apple will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period based on your authorization. In principle, the fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded.
2.Subscription period: 1 month, 1 year, etc. (subject to the subscription page settings), which you can choose by yourself.
3.You acknowledge and agree that iCSee has the right to adjust the service price or stop providing the auto-renewal service. If iCSee adjusts the service price when you activate the auto-renewal service, you will be notified in advance in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to in-site announcements, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel the auto-renewal service according to these rules. If you do not cancel the auto-renewal service, the subsequent fees deducted by Apple will be based on the adjusted service fees. If you cancel within 24 hours before the subscription period expires, Apple may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period according to the adjusted service fees before stopping the deduction service. After the auto-renewal service is canceled, if you reactivate the auto-renewal service, the service fee automatically deducted by Apple will be based on the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
4.The method to unsubscribe from the auto-renewal service is as follows:
Open the Apple iOS device "App Store" -> click on the Apple account avatar in the top right corner -> enter "Account" -> click "Subscriptions" -> select "iCSee", and cancel the subscription.
5.iCSee may also stop providing the auto-renewal service to you based on operational strategy needs. Your subscription service period will terminate upon the expiration of the current service period.

After hours of trying to get my two new cameras hooked up, I finally realized I had bought the wrong cameras for our router. They were a prime day deal, I don’t remember the 2.5 vs 5g description but either way, we bought the wrong thing. I apologize for the initial review but I will leave it here in case someone else has the same issue. Sorry again, upped the star count.Just bought two of these cameras and neither will recognize my router password. I have had several different cameras like this for years and have tried with these, all of the tips and tricks I’ve done in the past. These still do not recognize my wifi router at all. Kind of useless without that!

Cons: The app places intrusive pop-up ads right in your face upon opening the app or opening your cameras. This could literally endanger the life of the user if something were to occur where you needed to see your camera’s relatively quickly. That being said, endangering the consumers for a quick buck is actually really concerning and if the developers need money that desperately—they should’ve used banner ads that weren’t intrusive and going to potentially endanger their users. This is the only reason I gave the app a 4/10 because locking safety behind a subscription paywall after already buying the camera itself is a quite serious issue. Pros: The apps functionality is well made and there is a wide variety of features that you can use to tune up your cameras for different usages. Some of the features include but aren’t limited to: phone notifications for human detection, snapshots of activity discovered on your camera, different types of night vision, motion tracking, precise camera movement, and a few different display options for viewing your camera’s surrounding environments (multiple screens that can be individually looked at, looked at all at once, or you may select the camera viewpoint you desire to look at.) This app would be great for versatility of a camera’s placement as well as befitting for almost any user’s different environmental needs. The app also makes it easy to understand all of its functionalities and the design/layout is quite pleasant.

I’ve been using this app for over a decade now for all of my cameras. The free service is pretty good for my perspective, but the upgrades hot and cold. Certain updates games for a better user friendly interphase while others take away features of your equipment. For instance I have a solar camera that with one upgrade two years ago, eliminated my ability to utilize the cameras light. I can’t even sit security, alert to light up the area in case movement happens. Had to buy motion lights. Also, the buffering to open the camera takes longer if it opens at all. It seems to always happen when something alarming happens and I need to see what’s going on. At 2 o’clock this morning I heard a loud thump at my front door only to be stalled in placed by the camera buffering because I couldn’t see before I entered a possible dangerous situation. It still never opened by the way. I used to brag on this apps interphase now I’m definitely contemplating getting cameras to replace it with another..

I am so frustrated with this app. First when you open it you have to watch a few seconds of an ad first. I know a few seconds doesn’t sound like much but when you’re trying to check on your baby it is super annoying to have to wait for the skip button and then wait for the camera to load. I already paid for the camera so why am I getting ads?! Second of all every time I click an image from the motion capture, which I do quite often if I’m trying to figure out what time my baby woke up from their nap, a pop up trying to get me to but cloud storage comes up over the image I’m trying to look at. And if I’m trying to quickly click through several pictures I get to see that pop up every time. I have owned this camera for 6 months and am finally irritated badly enough to write this review. Do better!!

Open screen ads can be skipped or turned off in Me- Tools AdHub Ads/Google Ads, but updating the app will continue to pop up and close it. VIP customers who purchase cloud storage service packages are exempt from ad pop ups.
