I own a small business and I’ve tried many mile tracking apps to track my mileage for business trips. This is the best app that I’ve come to. I love the fact that it saves me a lot of time and how it works flawlessly. It tracks automatically and the price is reasonable, the app quickly pays for itself in just a few days.
Huge potential but lacking basic feature

The app is missing a trip-ending option, which makes it inconvenient as it takes a while to end a trip. Additionally, there are no trip filter reports available. When adding a trip manually, you cannot select the starting and ending times. There is also no option to edit trips, including distance and time. Given these limitations, the app does not seem worth $40 a year. However, if these issues were fixed, it might be a better value. Furthermore, customer support is quite slow.
App refuses to open

I am extremely upset with this app right now. I have been using it to track my mileage work for since February, so I have a ton of miles on it. Suddenly, last week the app refused to open. It will show the blue screen with the big “S” for about half a second, then immediately closes out again. I’ve tried everything to get it up and running again but nothing works. I have no idea how I’ll be about to do my deductibles without this and it may have cost me a ton of money. Please help if you can, I need this app to at least open so I can record what my miles were at so I don’t lose all that precious information due to your app. Help!
They Canceled my Paid Service

I paid for the full version of this app about three years ago. It’s been wonderful for my needs. A few days ago it suddenly stopped tracking my trips. Today, when I opened the app there was this big thing about paying for a subscription if I want to track trips. I understand apps can change, but if I’ve already paid for the program, it’s just wrong to shut off the services I’ve already paid for and require me to subscribe, and that without warning. I do hope they will restore what I’ve paid for.
