GETTING STARTED
To use the Citizens Bank of Edmond App, you must be enrolled as a Citizens Bank of Edmond Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I’ve been using this app for 8 years and i don’t think it’s been updated once (other than the addition of a chatbot recently.) The UI is slow, laggy, and overall poorly designed. Logging in is a nightmare- 60% of the time i am greeted with an infinite “logging on” bar after signing in and seeing the home page of the app flash for half a second on the screen. This is a terrible user experience in the modern era of online banking services.
