What's new - Sneak Peek! Tapping on links in tweets will now give you a brief view at a website article/post with the title, a short description and the main image, if available. Totally optional, too! Disable it from the settings menu, if you prefer to directly open the link in the browser. Check out the screenshot to see how it looks. Works great especially for older iPads with limited memory. Good for reading entire tweets greater than 140 characters (which Twitter API shortens into ellipses) without loading the website. Huge update! Got rid of those pesky previous/next buttons. Instead, just swipe up or down to view the next or previous tweet. "Duh! This is how it should have been in the first place", you respond. "I know, sorry. But it is now", I reply apologetically. "I see you replaced them by the Reply button and the Share tweet button. But where's the Follow button? And what is that No Parking sign?" you inquire observantly. "Ah! Now you can follow people directly from the 'more info' pop up for each screen name you tap", I inform. "Nicely done", you compliment satisfactorily. "That No Parking button is actually a Block symbol. If you need to mute/block or report a tweet's author, you can handily do so right from there." i add. "Hmm", you judge silently. "I also added tweaks - like changing the speed no longer refreshes the feed.", i continue. " and you can also tap personal website links from the info pop up and I improved performance loading movies and ..." "Alright, i get it. it's a great update. Well, gotta go check it out ASAP".
