This card deck is intended to be used in estimating software development projects using the agile method. Using this method, often called agile poker or scrum poker, each team member makes an estimate by selecting a card without letting other team members see her estimate. When everyone has selected an estimate number, they all show their cards at once. This process produces estimates that are as accurate as an expert estimator. This agile planning deck uses a modified fibonacci sequence which includes a card for all of the following: 0, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100, ∞, or a picture of a hot drink to suggest it may be time for a break.
