For organizers running check-in: • Scans made without internet are kept until they reach WebMobi. They no longer turn into "failed", or get lost, when the venue Wi-Fi drops. • Scans from more than one event on the same device all sync. • A badge from another event is not checked in; the scanner names the event it belongs to. • Name each device (for example "iPad 1 · Door") to tell your scanners apart. • Sync Status shows what is waiting, sent or failed, and lets you discard a scan that can't be recorded. • A code that isn't a WebMobi badge is flagged straight away. Signing in: • The code from your email now fills in all six boxes.

For organizers running check-in: • A sound on every scan — one beep when someone is checked in, two lower blips when they were already in or the scan was refused. Turn it off from the scan screen. • Only the badge inside the scan square is read, so a stack of badges no longer checks in everyone in view • A badge held in front of the camera is one check-in, not a stream of repeats • Switch between the front and back camera — useful for a tablet on a desk stand • Attendance reports refresh on their own when another phone syncs • Check-ins now record the phone they were made on, shown in the event's History Questions or feedback? support@webmobi.com
