I have nothing to compare this reporting system except our previous over simplified excel program, but I felt there were a few issues that needed to be resolved. It is definitely better than what we had before. I had trouble with managing some of the data,especially when testing it and I could not delete it. That was frustrating. The system needs to be more simplified and ease is use. I’ll let you young people figure it out.

I have a phone from 2019 that this app no longer works on. I start it and the screen stays white and doesn't load. It’s not a bad app otherwise. I do wish it uploaded/processed pictures faster.

Would be a good app but everytime it updates in logs me off and doesn’t recognize my email or password (even after I reset and re-download). Also, it takes a long time to process photos and will stop me from filling out the other info for each expense. After 4 years you’d think they’d work through some of this stuff. The website seems to be just fine but the app is no good.

Trash, garbage and useless are an accurate description I have seen on the reviews. Worse than this app’s interface is its tech support trying to justify and make it sound like it is an user issue and not the lack of functionality for this incomplete project of an app. Their responses in here asking the reviewers to “elaborate” is exactly what they do for paying customers even after you have explained, screenshot and emailed them many times. SMH 🙈
